Grounded in Real-World Crisis Response Experience

MindPulse draws on decades of experience in emergency behavioral health, critical incident response, trauma-informed care, and leadership.

Founded by Erin Angellone, MindPulse brings firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by first responders, crisis teams, and behavioral health professionals. That experience shapes how we train, consult, and support the people responsible for responding to critical incidents.

Crisis Consultation & Support

Supporting those who support others.

MindPulse provides structured debriefing and consultation for first responders, crisis teams, and behavioral health professionals following critical incidents.
